ANNUAL UNIVERSAL 3 ON 3 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT – In the Nation’s Capital, Washington, DC inviting international teams from different countries, local councilmen, members of Congress, celebrities, families, friends and players to a national event benefiting the Universal Center for Development.  120 teams will play a 3 on 3 basketball tournament held at Anacostia Park celebrating the Historical Park’s history and recognition.   

Program Objectives: To preserve, advance and promote opportunities in vocational trades, and marketable skills for persons with disabilities.  To promote international understanding through sports offering opportunities to travel abroad and to the US from foreign countries to participate in international programs.
